Identity Leadership is self-leadership based on the philosophy that you cannot lead others until you first lead yourself. This personal and professional development program empowers the individual through an actionable Nine Step Success Process, which is a proven life management and learning system that teaches you how to organize your life around who you are and to propel you forward to achieve life goals. Now, more than any other time, we as leaders need to be self-learners who are responsible for our work and accountable to the families, organizations and communities we serve.
